Monmouth offers intro. to alternative medicine More and more people are using complementary alternative health care to augment their current medical care. On Sept. 10, Monmouth Medical Center 's Special Programs Instructor Laura Zimmerman will explore different therapies in the current health context and discuss resources and information on identifying qualified and competent practitioners. The program will be held at SCAN Learning Center for adults age 50 and older, from 1-3 p.m.The program is free, but preregistration is required by calling SCAN at 732-542-1326. SCAN is located in the Monmouth Mall,Routes 35 and 36 in Eatontown.
