| Saint Peter's University Hospital hosted this year's Cancer Survivors Day "Mardi Gras" to celebrate life with cancer survivors, their families and friends on June 10.This year's annual celebration featured a Cajun cookout;"Shades of Blue," a local sixpiece jazz band;"The Almost Famous Players of South Plainfield;" and a Mardi Gras parade at the conclusion of the event.
