Support group to focus on diabetes and depression Each month, Kimball Medical Center holds a Diabetes Support Group for diabetics and their loved ones to learn the latest information about the disease and how to live healthy with diabetes. September's support group will focus on the relationship between diabetes and depression, and will discuss signs, symptoms and management tools for coping with depression. The group will meet on Sept. 21 from 1:30-3 p.m. at Kimball's Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect St. The support group meeting is free, but preregistration is requested by calling (888) SBHS-123. The Diabetes Monthly Support Group is made possible by a grant from the Ocean County Office of Senior Services.
